Working together for our communities
Our mission is to raise funds for those most in need in Dorset and everything we do to achieve that is underpinned by our values – Knowledge, Collaboration, Commitment, Integrity, Accountability and Transparency.
These values help form a culture and an identity that is supportive, nurturing and focused, without losing the sense of fun that makes coming to work worthwhile.
We want our staff team to reflect the communities we work in and welcome applications from ethnic minority communities and minoritised communities of all kinds, those with disabilities, younger people, LGBTQ+ and those with lived experience relevant to our work.
We offer hybrid working and flexible working practices wherever possible, 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a competitive pension scheme. We are committed to helping our people grow and succeed.
We provide ongoing training and professional development, along with support and guidance as well as increased responsibility and career progression.
Our current vacancies are listed below. None there? Follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram to stay abreast of any new roles available.
