Grass roots community groups in Dorset providing activities and services for adults aged over 18.

What is it for?

Run in conjunction with NHS Dorset, Community Action Network and Access Wellbeing, this programme will fund community based non-clinical services focusing on wellbeing and mental health, including early intervention, resilience building and enabling people living with mental health conditions to participate in activities that support their recovery and wellbeing.
